KARYN DIETRICH - NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHER

I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language since 2010.  Since then,  I have taught a wide range of students and subjects including: Business English, IELTS, English for Tourism and General English.  I have additional experience teaching young learners Language Arts and General English.  In all cases I have taught one-on-one and group classes.

My aim for every class is to impart practical knowledge that can be used immediately.  To that end, I use relevant props and multimedia to bring lessons to life. The more a student connects with the material, the more they learn!

Regardless of topic, I often use engaging and humorous  images or videos to either spark conversation or to practice grammatical conecepts and frames.   I love making topics come to life and it’s rewarding to watch students grow over the course of our classes together.

I believe in the ability of every individual I teach.   I want them to leave my classes feeling happier and motivated to continue learning.
